A Christmas Teddy Bo

I felt like I was in a Christmas card making move when I started on my Teddy Bo card for the masculine card reminder this week... But when I had the images coloured ready I just felt NO, I can't make Christmas cards yet, atleast I have to wait until september!
But I had the image coloured and I am trying to use some of the unused Teddy Bo images I have, so I made my card ready. My darling thought it was super, but I am not sure about that...

The current challenge at Teddy Bo is Masculine cards and it must include button and string.
Here is my card:
I have used some old Christmas papers from last year

Another CAS card...

Super sweet Mon

I have a wonderful friend from Thailand named Mon.
This card is for for her birthday tomorrow. She is now on her way back to Thailand after visiting us and I can't wait for next time we meet :)
If everything goes well I will go to Thailand in february like I have done the last years.

I have been dying to colour up this beauty from Saturated Canary, it was a freebie a while back from Krista and I just LOVE it! Thanks honey!

Mon loved her card and I hope you like it too :)
Wooohooo, look at that princess!

Just a tiny peek inside,- ofcourse it is decorated too, but it's already written in, so this is all you get to see from the inside:)
I was inspired for the card after seeing this card from Mindy and I love the way it turned out

The papers comes from Websters pages, and the cool personal stamp my friend Tammy made me.
I love it :)
My flowers is a good mix of my WOC flowers wich I just adore, and never can get enough of! Have to order some more as I have seen there are a few colours missing in my box now...
The yellow bushy thing comes from Melissa Frances.
Lace, button and ribbon from stash

Ok my lovely friends, I hope you like my card and I wishing you a wonderful day.
Thanks for visiting my blog today. I will be back tomorrow with my Teddy Bo card.
Hugs, jill

A corner bookmark for D'Arcy's Diaries

Hi friends
I have made  a corner bookmark that was featured in the Complete Cardmaking magazine which is the UK's first magazine dedicated to digital crafting. It's published every two months, and each issue gives you a cd rom packed with craft kits and soft ware. The latest magazine gives you a lot of D'Arcy's Diaries images, uncoloured, pre coloured and some sentiments to go with them.
I have already showed you the card I made, but I made a bookmark too and both my creations made it into the magazine :)
Here you can see it together with a fantastic card that my friend Nicole did with one of the images:

This is the first time I am featured in a magazine and I think it is super fun :)

Fab image!
In the magazine there is a step by step description of how I have done it.

I have used some left overs papers from Pion design that, a bit of lace and some flowers.
A super quick project and a nice little gift to recieve together with a book

Have a nice day friends
Lots of hugs
Jill <3

I have been featured! Woohoo :)

A while ago some of the D'Arcy's Diaries and Teddy Bo DT members designed cards for Complete Cardmaking magazine. Our issue finally came out this month and as well as showcasing our cards, there are step by step instructions, and, the magazine comes with a free CD which contains all the digi stamps used as well as the coloured versions, papers and some word art. The disc also contains digi images and papers from some other companies too.
I made one card and a bookmark and I can't wait to get my own copy of it! :)
Here is the card I made
I think this card turned out very nice and I hope you like it too ;)

I don't know about you guys, but for me this one can be a little tricky sometimes :)

Okidoki, here it is
Again I have made quite a clean card, but I think it is lovely this way :)

Showing a bit of the inside wich is made to compliment the front.

Congratulations

We are having a new fabulous challenge over at Teddy Bo today and we are having

Masculine card with a twist
-must include button and string-

I loved this one, and I needed a male card so it was perfect for me.
I have made a clean and simple card, without a single flower and not even with a tiny swirl :)

Sometimes I just love to make a clean card without too much embellishments. It really shows off the coloured image in a good way I think.

Inside

Back

Look at that fabulous image!
I think it is great, but if I want to lay like this I have to have a umbrella over me...
The rain hasn't totally left us here in my part of Norway, but since I am on my way home to sleep after my nightshift, I guess it's quite alright ;)

Papers from Making Memories
Button from Bo Bunny, twine from WOC

A NON wedding card!!

Good day my friends!
I am finally back home by my craft table again after a fantastic vacation in Poland.
My sweet sister Heidi got her Mariusz, the wedding was just fantastic and I loved every bit of it :)
I will show you some pictures tomorrow, just have to sort them out as my memory stick was full and I had to borow my sisters.
But here is a sneak peek from the day a pic of me and my youngest sister Ina
Look, the dress did fit!! LOL, I was so afraid I wasn't, but hey ho, I even got the zipper closed! :)
But I have to show you the card I have made today.
When I saw this fantastic freebie image from Mayzy at Mayzy Art, I just had to use it for the bithdaycard for Ina as it really typical her with the sculls and cool dress(lol, even if the pic over here dosn't show it, with no sculls to go with her bridesmade dress!!)

Head over to Mayzy Art and grab it yourself!
Here is the card
I have used my newest dies from MFT, clouds and sentiment strips. Soo cool :)
Perfect to find in the mailbox when I returned home from vacation!

The image is coloured with Copics and I looove her shoes, how cool to have a pair of those!
I bought home a few pairs from Poland as I just love shoes...

Inside

Back

My papers are from MF and Websters paiges, bought at Bikuben before I left.
And not a single flower!
I thought it looked perfect with only the sentiment strips and the clouds, so I hope you like it too

Thats all from me today. We are invited over to some friends for dinner later, so I better put on my face, -I promise a week in Vodka land didn't help on the wrinkles!! LOL

Have a great evening my sweet blogland friends :)
Hugs

Today is the day my sister Heidi and Mariusz get married :)

I wish you all the best for life

The image is coloured with my beloved Copics markers and the clouds and sky is also created with the markers.

Weddingrings bought at Bikuben. Flowers,- most from WOC and the yellow bushy one is a MF wich is absoulutly fantastic :) Prima bling, so sparkly and beautiful.

That was all for today.
Will show you some pics from the wedding another day
As this post is scheduled, I must say I really hope my dress still fit as this turned out to be my biggest concern!!! Three weeks of vacation does something to the waist I'm afraid...
If the dress wont fit,- I skip the pics, LOL

A weddingcard with a Mo image

Good evening!
My newest make................another wedding card I am afraid!
But with another wonderful digi image :)
I have used the adorable wedding couple from MoManning today and this is soon the last of this years wedding cards :)
I really can't wait to colour up a image that is NOT a wedding image. I have a brand new Saturated Canary image just waiting to get some colour on! lol
When I am back from the wedding I will show you :)

But this is the card from my father to my sweet sister and her husband

I have made a gate fold card again and the inspiration for this card I found here in my sweet friend Trine's blog. Because of her card I couldn't get this sentiment out of my brain and had to go to Bikuben to get it...(well, I found a few other things I needed too...)

My inside with more text stamps from Kort og Godt

Aren't these papers just fabulous??
It is a new pack from Websters pages, sooo lovely!

And here you see the door open ;)
Closed with a tiny magnet
My flowers are a mix of pretty much everything I have and the lovely weddingrings comes from Dress it up, bought at Bikuben like always.
The lovely die is my Cheery Lynn fanciful flourish and the butterfly is also a CL die.

A fun wedding card ;)

Hi friends!
I have made another card today with a super-uber cool image from Just Inklined that I found some days ago. This one is called Ted and Agnes and I think they are perfect for Heidi and Mariusz!! LOL

I thought that this was a perfect card from me as I just can't only make beautiful cards for the wedding, but some with a little more humouristic  toutch too :)

Hope you like it as much as me!
The text on the front say something like
Wishing you a life filled with joy, laughter and sunshine

Coloured with Copics, added glossy and At you Spica pen here and there

hehe, I love the way she almost pinch him in the butt!!

Back. Such wonderful papers from fab scraps.

The inside with two wonderful sayings from Kort og Godt and some butterflies
from Cheery Lynn design

The flowers are a selection from my flowerbox, some new and some old.
The big "bushy" yellow ones comes from Melissa Frances and I bought them yesterday at Bikuben.
Beautiful wedding rings I found at Bikuben, but I have throwed away the packaging so I don't know where they are from...

Ok my friends, that was all for now I guess
have a wonderful sunday

More wedding :)

I have bought a new wedding stamp and made another wedding card for my sister.
The wedding is getting closer, only a week until we are there ready to celebrate them and I really looking forward to it!
This image comes from Mayzy Art and I just love it. When you buy this one you get one with the couple, one with only the groom and one with the bride alone. And everytime you buy from Mayzy you get a free image as a thank you. Thats is just awsome I think!!
Thanks Mayzy :)
I have paired the weddingcouple up with a background digi from Make it crafty called Ivy window wall and I really think they are made for eachother :)

Hope you like my card too :)
I coloured them in the actual couples colours, even tho her future husband is not that grey ;)

The inside, simple made with two stamps from Kort og Godt

Lovely flowers from WOC and the big one is from kaisercraft
and the gorgeous swirl from Memory Box

Such a lovely image :)

Wishing you all a wonderful day and a great weekend
Enter my card in the Mayzy challenge this week that is "Flights of Fancy" because I wish my sister Heidi and her Mariusz the very best and I hope they get everything they wish for!!
I would also enter my card into the current WOC challenge wich is "Punch it out"

Lots and lots of hugs to you
