Edwin shaker

Just a short post to show a card I started some days ago, an Edwin shaker card.
Today I feel crappy, so I'm in no crafting mood..
I stuggled a lot with this card. Nothing felt right, no colours and no papers fit together, and it took me quite some time to get finished!
But now I think it came out very well! :)

I used the sketch from Papertake weekly, wich was brilliant to work with.

I used papers from My Mind's Eye, brown Bazzill and the white papir is from my old stash

Behind Edwin I put a tag with the text Best Wishes, since

 Crafts 4 eternity asks for something hidden in your creation.

I even stamped a bird and a birdcadge and embossed it.

Moving along with the times wants to see something metal on your creation, and since I love charms, that one was easy for me. I used my metalstar/snowflake and under that I hang a metal bird.

You know I'm not that into Less is more.. I like more is more ;)

Just Magnolia has this Bingochallenge up, and I picked out: Gems, flowers and ribbons&lace

Magnolia stamp lovers wants to se ribbons and the last I'm entering today is

Cropstop, because they have a challenge up called: It's all about lace.

My first Shaker card!

Yesterday I did my first shakercard after I saw it on Camillas blogg a while ago.
Really a fun thing to do :)
I used my Mo Manning image, and with the drop dead gorgeous DP from Poppydesign and some pearls and flowers it turned out like this:

I used glasspearls (I'm not sure if thats the name in english!) and some pink tiny pearls, maybe a little to much, but I didn't realized that in time...Now it's stuck in there ;)

My flowers are from Prima, Kort og Godt and Papirdesign.

The papers is kalled Barbeint, made by Poppydesign, and I think they are amazing. And white Bazzill.

I made the back of the card like the front, with the homemade by..image from Kort og Godt.

To make the card I made a frame with my Spellbinder in the same size like the stamped image. I used Gelatine(like you have in the kitchen..) for the window, cut to fit inside the frame. Small 3d squaredots around the edge, to keep the pearls in place.

I think it is a fun twist to do on a card.

My 3 year old Bella keeps running away with the shakercard, beacuse she likes the sound of it!

And I have to enter a few challenges, because I think it's so much fun, even though I never win anything ;)

New home

Yesterday I made a card for mye dear sister Ina and her Thomas since they are moving to a new house.
I really look forward to it because it's nearby our house so then I get the chance to see her more often.

Mappekort

I dag har jeg laget et mappekort til en bursdag. Stemplet er fra LOTV og er bare såå nydelig. Fargelagt med Copics, og selvfølgelig har feen også fått en liten dose med Stickles- Star Dust, på vingene og kjolen.

Papirene er fra Papirdesign, og basen er brun og hvit Bazzill.

Red card to a little girl

Today I want to show you a red card I have made for a little girl called Mille, turning 1 years soon.

The beautiful designpapers are from Magnolia, and red Bazzill under. The image is Tilda with tulips from the latest collection, coloured with copics.

Added glossy accents to Tildas shoes and on the white on her dress, and some stickles, star dust to the lace. The glossy accents makes it really shiny and nice :)

Endelig scrappetid igjen :)
I dag har jeg fått gjort masse og storkost meg! Bare scrappet og ikke gjort noe husarbeid...
Har en del kort på bestilling, og det synes jeg er så moro :)

Today I have only been crafting, and haven't done any housecleaning... But I have made two new cards, and this is the first, a "spring-ish" foldcard to a little princess turning 3 in april:

I really like my new yellow copics :)

I've added sticles to the lace, and inside the flowers, and glossy accents to the white on the dress and the text 3 år

Beautiful flowers from Papirgleder and Prima, 2 of every size :), 2 different DP from Maja Design and Pion Design, 2 ovals cut with spellbinders petite ovals and petite scalloped ovals.

Edwin-kort :)

Et nytt 3 års kort. Denne gangen med mitt nye Edwin stempel fra Magnolia.
Ble veldig fornøyd også med dette kortet, synes fargene ble bra og alt stemte, og det er ikke hver dag det føles sånn! Slik ble kortet til Bellas lille venn:

Another card for a 3 year old boy. This time with my new Edwin from Magnolia. I think he is adorable!
I am very pleased with this card, I think the colours and everything fits perfekt together. And I must say, it's not the way I feel with every card I make :(

Lagde dette kortet i går etter en lang runde på Bikuben (Min favorittbutikk!). Stemplet er nytt fra Magnolia, mens det meste av det andre er gammelt :)

Regner med det blir en lang runde på jentekort i denne perioden,

da min prinsesse blir 3 og også alle hennes små venner..

Hjemme igjen!

Nå er vi tilbake fra en herlig ferie i nydelige Thailand. Hverdagen er i full gang med jobb, skole og barnehage, og litt tid til scrapping igjen:)
I dag ble det bare et kort i full fart med et bilde fra utklippsark og nydelige ark, men ellers lite pynt og stash. Sender det likevel inn til Friday sketchers på ukens utfordring.
Godt å være tilbake i blog-land :) Forhåpentligvis er jeg tilbake i kveld ved scrappebordet, men nå må jeg kjøre en utålmodig sønn på fotballtrening
