Snowflakes are Winter's butterflies

Good morning my crafting buddies :)
The release of the new images from D'Arcy's Diaries is coming closer and I would love to show you another card with the beauty ;)
I have used the image before, in different colours and on a tag. You can se it here if you like.
And since it is friday it is also Fairytale friday at the Teddy Bo blog, you really should check it out!
This time I made a wintercard to one of my friends :)
Image is DARCYSDIARIES_04
Papers from Pion design and white and grey-blue bazzill
Snowflakes from a Marianne die
Text is computer generated
Bling swirl from Prima
Spellbinders mega oval and scalloped mega oval.
Haven't made an easelcard in weeks, so easelcard it had to be!

My mother , a handywoman

Just had to make a card with the new hard-working Teddy Bea from Teddy Bo
The card is for my mothers birthday, cause she is a practical woman that always have something to fix and uses hammer a lot more often than many other women do!
Image: TEDDYBEA_179 from Teddy Bo found here
Coloured with Copics
Papers from Websters Pages, I think...
Calendar stamp from LOTV and the round stamp inside is from here
Flowers from Magnolia and Maritha
Hammar charm from Korthobby
Swirl from Cheery Lynn design, cut to fit around the image
The card is folded almost like a walletcard, but with a smaller flap.
Inside there is room for a gift card, I think she will be happy to get some foot massage, so that is the gift this year,- so if you know her, don't tell! :)
Back of the card

I just love that little hammer charm, so cute!

You still have some time to enter the current challenge,- birth colours, over at Teddy Bo Challenge

And I would also remind you that it is only days before D'Arcy's Diaries is opening!
I'll be back one of the days with a new sneak peak :)

Fairytale friday, last for 2011

Gooood morning friends :)
The year 2011 is soon ended and we are about to enter 2012.
I found out I wanted to write down some of the things I am happy for

I have  had a fantastic year.
I am so happy that I have my family, my husband and our kids, my parents and my sisters around me. Thats means the world to me.

And I got my crafting life,- my blog, my crafting space, my design teams and my wonderful friends all around the world. I enjoy life the way it is right now.
I have almost blogged a year now and it has been a joy from day one. When I look at the cards I made when I started my blog I can see that I have learned a lot. My colouring skills are much better now because of all the inspiration, all the tips from other crafters, all the tutorials I have watched and of course all the colouring I have done :)

I have been so lucky to be a part of some fantastic design teams in 2011.
I was with Allsorts for 5 months, thank you Brenda for a fantastic time with you girls!
I was in the DT at Sukkersøtt for 6 months, and enjoyed every second of that too. Thank you Nancy for everything!
Right now, I am in Tickled Pink Stamps DT and love to work with theese fantastic images.
I have recently been lucky to become a member of the CopicMarkerNorge DT too, a really fantastic group with talented Norwegian crafters that I really look forward to work with.
And last, but not least,- I am part of Teddy Bo design team. From day one I have loved the bears and making card with theese images is a pleasure. So thank you Gayle for letting me be a part of a fantastic team, letting me work with the most beautiful graphics and most of all thank you for all friendship from you and the rest of the design team. MWAH!!

That was a little of my thoughts ;)
This is my card with the same image that I used yesterday,
 but in totally different colours:

The back

The inside with the text I have got from Maritha a long time ago.
